| The League Executive received the below letter (pdf) from senior umpire Gord Dunn advising of his retirement as an umpire for our League. Gord has been a longstanding member of the NDBL, serving as president, statistician and umpire, as well as a player and coach. His commitment and loyalty to the League and its teams over the years is truly admirable and has left an authentic and fine imprint on our League. Gord's camaraderie with players and spectators alike will be missed around the ball park. Gord is moving out of province in May when he retires from his career at CFB Borden. We wish you well Dunnbar.
