| To be clear……
I lifted weights all winter long to ensure that I can knock a slo pitch ball into the stratosphere so I don’t have to run.
Cardio is still trash.

| June is usually full of celebrations including graduations, a wedding or two, and Father's Day. This year, at least we are celebrating a rejuvenated USPL in July. if not a full return to normal, but we are moving in the right direction.

| Watching Women’s Olympic Softball - the diamond looks the right size for children, not full grown women. Out slo pitch league has a larger diamonds … I’m not against women’s sports at all. I like tennis, soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc. But this softball is lame.
