| The following resolution was passed by the Executive at a meeting held tonight at 7 p.m. upon receipt of an umpire’s report from a July 9, 2023 game between the Ivy Rangers and New Lowell Knights:
It was MOVED by Vice President Fafalios, THAT Ralph Murray of the Ivy Rangers, in addition to the automatic one game suspension, be suspended 12 games for conduct unbecoming and spitting at an opposing player, AND THAT Mack Morrish of the New Lowell Knights, in addition to the automatic one game suspension, be suspended for six games for conduct unbecoming and the intent to injure the catcher, AND FURTHER THAT Parker Walker of the Ivy Rangers be suspended one game for retaliation and fighting, SECONDED by Treasurer Gowan, CARRIED.
