The nightcap features two underperforming squads, who will look to change their hapless ways. I think Maloney has the best shot. Doran's height is a fact and should be good for 20 plus. Maloney cannot score FIVE points again and Bruckmann/Coughlin should provide enough firepower to overwhelm a point challenged Finnegan squad. UNLESS of course, Barr shows up and goes OFF. Can't see it. Too much rust to take off. Maybe the next game or so. Not this one. Barr makes it mildly interesting, but Maloney wins it by 10.

The word on the street is that Navid has unleashed his mighty sword upon a vixen in West (By Gawd) Virginia and is looking to slay any unwitting victims on Team Maloney with his bloody tool tomorrow night!!!!! I hate to even think about it. Good luck Maloney....... You may have to play the game in protective gear..........

Both teams are coming off an absolutely dreadful week 1. I was almost throwing up in the stands....at least dry heaving. No on cared. Finnegan missed a lot of close shots in week 1 that I expect to fall for him. Barr should be set to return. Navid has to give more. I think he will. I also expect Maloney to play better. Gotta cut the guy some slack coming off a BIG injury. Nice to see him back. Week 2 he should have some more confidence. This will be another close game. Both teams look better. Maloney wins 54 to 48.

Rumor has it team Finnegan in bad shape after the week 1 blowout. Navid has taken off to get his head straight and will be out this week after an embarrassing 30 point loss. But where did he go…..? Hearing he may have been seen in Vegas…? Mike Roberto has been rumored seen in a walking boot chugging beers at the old watering hole Val’s Sunday afternoon and already talking retirement from the league. Barr? May be good for 20 + but where else does the offense come from? Gabe? Mike Lepore? Hutchy? I see this game getting called at the 2 min marker and Maloney and co coming up with a big breezy and easy W. Wins will be tough to come by for team Finnegan in 2024.

Rass Mutent is telling despicable LIES…I was NOT at Val’s on Sunday afternoon. That was Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday -and I am also on crutches. Retirement is the only option for a bad basketball player like myself. Alas, I am not Navid Faryar and that fact alone allows me to sleep well at night.

The Greek applauds the washed up QB Roberto for his behavior of only being at Val's three days a week and NOT on the Sabbath. What a guy!! Let's hope that he repairs his gimpy leg and gets back into the fray sooner than later.

Wow, Barr had a terrific game, but too much Doran (bad FT shooting and all) and shockingly "The Spider" had 17 to boot! Not bad for an older gentleman. Finnegan has to right the ship, as this one is listing bad. But hey, it's early in the season. And if Barr stays tough, we never know.......
