| As the second week in June begins, it serves as a gentle reminder to slow down, take a deep breath, and appreciate all the games played in May and the accomplishments you've achieved so far. It's easy to get caught up in the wins or losses of every game, constantly striving for the next at-bat or milestone without taking the time to pause and reflect on how far you've come and where your team is headed.

| I played fast pitch my whole life and now just slo pitch because I am old hahahaha but ball is such a mental game, you don’t need people to tell you how bad you are playing, WE KNOW! Ugh as much as ball is a team sport it is all very individual as well!
