11.3 An official game is three and one-half innings (3 ½) provided that the home team is leading at that time.
Otherwise four (4) complete innings shall constitute a complete game.
11.5 The Mercy Rule: If a team is leading by ten (10) or more runs at the time of, or after 5 innings
completed (4 ½ provided that the home team is leading at that time), the game is deemed complete and play
will cease.
