| I was reading over some of my earlier posts and was amused based on what I said plus Captain Retardo has to learn that he needs to go down to the local tavern buy him a few shots of whiskey and relieve his prime that's the only thing I can think of about what could make him the good coach that he was ol let's say 30 years ago give ir take a few years him I also think that he made what I perceived as one of the worse calls not actually worse calls but what I think could have struck gold going into the 2005 season is if he would've taken Andry and moved him to a Slot Receiver or something getting Hutslar more plays Scalf has to realize that running will only get you so far....hell even the patriots went deep a few times you know the old saying might be true though a good coach can look great with great players but a great coach can do great things with average players.
If he returns maybe he should adopt sopme of these mottos:
"Max Q"- St. Louis Rams circa 2001
(aka NASA Term Means something like to the most or to the MAX)
"Throw for Scores Run For More"- Dallas Cowboys circa 1990 Super Bowl Championship Years.
(aka Pass first run second motto kinda like score early and fast by the pass then run and take the gas out of the other team and score by the run)
"Fun-N-Gun"- Florida Gators 'Nuff Said
(aka.....passs 95% of the time)
"49er West Coast Offense"- Bill Wash-George Seifert 49er days
(AKA watch the 80s 49ers and 95 49ers)
"Urban's Gun"- Urban Meyer's Gun Offense that was the most off balanced gun offense i've seen in awhile.
