| Just found this board. Pretty interesting comments on Paoli basketball. Another loss to Salem today. What is the problem with Paoli basketball? From past comments on this board it is both coaching and players. I wonder if Sibbitt will be around next year or has Paoli had enough? Any one have a clue? Has anyone heard if the rumor of Hentrup playing ball at some small college is true or has he not received any other offers? Think he can pass the ball at another school? Maybe things will get better with the Rams since sectional is coming up. Looks to me like they need some more scoring from more than the big guys (and one of them is always on the bench) and a point guard.

| I for one hope this will be sibbitts last year.it's hard for me to see how fast a program can be destroyed. but he did it. i know i have been preaching this all year, but here we go again. NO TEAM WORK. and this starts at the point guard. hentrup see's the open man and then desides if he is going to pass to them or not, TO LATE! you have to pass to the open man.I would like to see a game when hentrup would get in foul trouble and see how it goes, but he won't play defense so i doubt we will ever see this happen.he is a great scorer but sibbitt puts way to much on him.one guy, unless your jordan can't carry a team.emerick and weikert bring diff. games to the court, but one night you don't see emerick, the next night you don't see weikert.PLAY THEM BOTH!weikert played the 4 last year we are 5-14 why not try emerick and weikert together? if they get in foul trouble then joe can go with what he wants anyway the small lineup. what could this hurt.I thought after brownstown we might just be seeing the light, but I was wrong we went right back the way we where playing before last weekend.one pass drive or shoot.the coach is the one that needs to stop this, play teamball or sit, it's that easy.this looks so familar to last years sectional after the first win in the sectional last year we played the way we should have been playing all year, but in the next game we went back to what had lost us all the games before, that sucks.It doesn't matter anyway, but i wonder what coach brown could have done with this team? we all know he would have won a lot more games with this team, and would have been building for next year, and the year after.we would have won two more sectionals, and would have been the favorite this year.wow how times change.and one more thing why he is sitting on hutslar. yes he is going to make some mistakes, but who's fault is this. he has been sitting on the bench all year.play him at guard let him pass the ball, the one we have now won't.it would be a neat stat to see the assist per minutes played. i would think that smith is killing hentrup at this. play hentrup at the 2.

| I don't understand it either I mean we run motion but it's not Coach Browm notion and it pisses me off cause Brown's offense and defense looks like a michaelangelo painting compared to Joe's I mean it aint too bad we call fist hey fist is motion and you have to move you can't move a little then stop I just wish Joe would learn that m,otion cause all the damn teams we play sag in the zopn and without the motionm like Brown runs it makes for easy steals and stuff just one other thing with Coach Brown's style motion if you ever watch it there's a couple things he always does 1. make sure there's at least one or two passes in the post each possesion and his girls and guy previously would always move with or without the ballon offense why?...if you keep moving that can open up drives to the baskets or a drive and dish etc. Joe doesn't do that and it kills him cause it make shim so one dimensional I hate too see our club cause it looks like the Lady Rams ar like the Tennesee Lady Volunteers or UCONN Lady Huskies and our boys are a group of 5-10 janitors...I just wish our boys would've went through one season of Coach Brown coaching cause if you fuck up with him he is goin to let you know it on our defense it's decent at times but not good-greta watching the girls Brown played toght defenmse all night almost making them or forcing them at t9imes to shoot the 3....Joe wants them or actually mke the 3 i've been relatively calm all season but after we lose to Salem it's got me a little hot just to leave this I think we moight b 15-5 or 14-5 under Brown and plus like bigwill said where the hell is Hutslar...?.....he's probably with Coach Brown's offense?.....I mena I DON'T KNOW HOE JOE SIBBITT CAN LOOK AT COACH BRON'S OFFFENSE AND NOT USE THE MOTION hey I know Bradley doe sit and probably so does Kehrer at Perry Central.
I don't think they should fire him but we all know if they do who they are gomnna probably A. hire without asking or B. knowing the circumstances....they job maybe handed too me if anyone gets my drift.
and a question fror you all to answer Why does Pedigo only shott 3's?....he needs to learn he aint Evan Seacat Jr.

| I agree, I can't figure out what joe is seeing that all the rest of paoli isn't. his offense, his defense, his lineups, his rotation, or lack of one, with three games left. I would love to know what other coaches say when they are getting ready to play us. put pressure on hentrup. what else could they say we have become so easy to scout. I for one would like to see joe give hentrup a break every now and then, he has to be tired late in the fourth quarter, with close games we need him. I do like the so called brown's lineup and i think that very well could have been the case, and we would have had one of the best records in the area. now we have to build our reputation all over again. i also don't know why joe is so unwilling to change, it's not like what we are doing is working. he needs to step back and look at his team. we have three practice games left before sectional now is the time for change. i don't care if we go 0-3. if it gets us ready for the tourney. but from the first game this season i haven't seen many changes, except the status of staggs from bench warmer to valued player. well got to go i could ramble on for hours but it won't do any good.
PS. Keep the spirits of the players up all you can. it's not there fault we are 5-14. they should know how good they can be.

| A problem I see with using Brown's theoretical line up that was posted is that your number 4 and 5 men also have to be able to CATCH AND PASS. If you put Emerick and Weikert on the floor at the same time you have 2 players who can not catch and pass at the top of the key - where they HAVE to do that. Remember, that the fist motion offense is designed to get shots on the wing and hit the cutters down the lane. In order to have a line up to work, you would need only one of the big men to be out there at one time. So a better line up would have only one of the big guys on the floor at once, with Hutslar and Pedigo in the line up to actually shoot the three (Coach Sibbitt tells Pedigo and Hutslar to shoot the 3 - that is their role on the team so I have heard). If you will notice with Coach Sibbitt's offense he only allows Pedigo or Hutslar to stand in the corner and wait for the pass that seldom comes. Coach Brown preferred more athletic players on the floor. So a better line up from Coach Brown could be Hutslar, Weikert, Andry, Pedigo, and Hentrup. Of course Coach Sibbitt will most likely not change anything in the next few weeks as it is too late this season.

| Dorothy.... we aren't fussin. If you think they are doin a dang good job imagine how good of a job they would have done if they had had a coach. You only get four years. Some of those players have had three losing years cause the superintendent's son had to try to pretend to know how to coach basketball.It's not fair to the players or the fans.

I don't know what the shizznut is talking about with the cheerleading thing. I am not trying to put you down shizznut I'm justing trying to prevent the other people that come on here from thinking that you are a reliable source for things going on in the Paoli basketball program. YOu have never played a sport in your life except for the occasional game at the Jay C park. Now everyone on here knows your name and can find you at the next game to see how stupid you look and act. Why do you come to the games anyway? YOu don't have any friends, your dad cleans the floor between games and that's about it. Everyone else thinks you are wierd, dumb, and you smell bad. Well...I hope everyone realizes that the Shizznut a.k.a. Jason Fields is not a very reliable source for information and he has no life. Thanks for replying to my comments Shizz I will continue to wait "until next time" :)

Things like "when I was a player" would make your statements much more legit. However I know you can't say that so don't worry about it. Why do you care so much about Paoli Basketball? I think it is strange that you are such a huge fan of a team that you have not ties to. Why do you insist on bashing people associated with the team? YOu have some questions to answer!
