| I've been reading Canseco's book the past few days and have found out a few things that I really didn't know about some players.
On page 46 of the book, Jose says: "After playing with the A's and injecting McGwire and Giambi, I was out of baseball for a while & playing in North Jersey. There was a guy who I became friendly with, named Tony Saiita. He had been asking me about me injecting myself and was wondering if I could inject him, but this was a little unusal. He didn't want me to inject him with steroids, he asked me if I could inject him everyday with Ring Dings and Ho-Ho's. The guy couldn't get enough of this shit, he was like a crack whore with the itch. Coming into the clubhouse before games bugging me. 'Yo, Jose, gimme the shit man, come on, I'll suck...' well, you know"
And this passage from page 87: "Then these 2 guys asked me to get them a growth hormone for them. They were feeling pretty small and wanted to get bigger to help their production. Unfortunately, they misunderstood the results of growth hormones. Thinking they would grow taller, Rex & Susani were very dissapointed when all they did was grow muscles and kept their 5'5" frames."
This book is very informative, I'm only about half way done. anything else comes up that may affect the league, I'll let you all know!

You are a sick man! I can't remember the last time I even had a ring ding or a ho ho, ha! I am a fan of those little chocolate chip cookies by entenmanns, been a while for those as well! No worries Ed, I'm as natural as they come, I work hard in the gym and I play hard, so that is why I look the way I do, and I'm content with that. Welcome RV Yankees brother, we've been in dire need of an assistant bench coach for a long time now, Charlie can't do it alone anymore!
