| The problem was we where not rebuilding this year, we had an all senior/ junior team.of good kids that used to know how to win, until they got to varsity play. the boys didn't have a chance to show how good they could have been. this is a bunch of crap.most of the boys on this last years team have played there last organized game of there life, and they didn't get a chance to help the team win. joe was more of a little hitler than a coach, do as i say(depended on who you were)even if we lose every game it's going to be my way, and i am not going to change. in coaching you have to be able to change every minute of every game. you might even have to change your philosphy of the game.his stubberness to change durring this year lost us alot of games we should have won. the only game i can say he helped us win was the linton game this year, and he did it by shutting up, and not coaching.he said so himself.
