Ok so I wa watching the North Carolina/ Michigamn state game (the forst one nothing caught my eye) anyways. I was watching it and a few things caught my eye. First was how North Carolina came out and took shots that were needed to be taken and hardly force shots. (I'm talking actually moves and not alley oops or anything) the thing that also impressed me was the fact that Sean May would get a look inside and get the ball on the inside. And him and McCants would size up their guys then take them off the dribble. I also like how 4 guys on the floor would try to break down the zone. And at the key I thought was what Raymond Felton did after a Carolina rebound he would lead the fast break and if noone stopped him he would go all the way to the basket. For the layin something I wish the Ramns would've done this past year against the full court/ 3/4 press. I mean Garrett got it in the middle and should've taken it to the goal same woth Kreigh if noone stopped him. A couple of other points before I get to the main one another was on the out of bounds play in the corner they would put McCants in the post. And there was this one time where McCants beat Anderson off the dripple on a half spin. Another point they had was the played aggressive/pressure man the whole game. And after awhile when Michigan State had no legs under them the turnovers started mounting. So the 3 things I think that would help the Rams next year is run off of fast breaks and if you aren't stopped at half court go all the way to the basket. Aggressive man and being a ballhawk and always knowing where the ball is. Because I think and it showed last night if you run fast break and sub right you can where down a team who plays in half court zones or man. Because it will kill their legs so to speak. Anyone else have comments?

Was thinking and another thing that caught my eye was not only the subbing or how Carolina subbed the right way but in the Finals when Felton got in foul trouble they switched to a 1-2-2 zone to keep him out of foul rouble and was just thinking with patton or one of the big guys getting in foul trouble I bet this could have helped us. still like Carolina's delayed motion/ Triangle they used though (along with the fist motion)I also believe they used a 5 high motion or at least Illinois did i'm sure Carolina did at points oh and if anyone wanted to know the nam,e of the offense that the Rams ran it was a modified or very smilar to the "Princeton Spread Offense" of course it wasn't ran as well as Princeton.
