Storm win opener
The Storm overcome a slow start to post a 10-5 win, scoring 7 runs in the final 3 innings to erase a 2-run deficit. Mike Ivy got the complete game win. At the plate for the Storm, Pat Armstrong led the way with 3 hits. Antone Henley, Dave Becker, and Justin Griffin each had 2 hits. For the Rays, starter J.Pelayo pitched a solid 7 innings allowing zero runs in the 1st 3 frames. Run support by the Rays was led by K. Tamayo 2-3 w/ 2 RBI, D.Oliver 3-4 w/ 1 RBI, S.Rodriguez and R.Arancibia each with one RBI. Well played game to shake off the rust.
