Blackjackets take down Suns in a pitchers duel
With great pitching on both sides the 2012 summer season started off with pitching and defense. The Blackjackets were able to come from behind and steal this one thanks to no earned runs from Keefe, Lemieux, and McConnel.
McConnel also had an RBI double for the Blackjackets.
The Suns also got great pitching from Peter Maes and Ron Viola who struck out 9 combined. John Ramos went 1-2 with a walk, stolen base, and a run scored.
