Martin Campbell to the winner's circle
What a race as the Colts mount a surge at the finsh line that sent shivers down the Stallions spines, with Herbert Weaver belting a 2 RBI double! That tiing run was left at 2nd though, as Marty stayed strong to the finish in this real pitching dual, and the Stallions get back to back complete game victories out of their starters. Stallions clutch hitting by Joey Martino who drove in the first 2 in the 4th, and Karl Morris followed suit four batters later and collected the game winning RBI.
