The Panthers met up with an old foe, The Homestead Grays on Sunday. The teams have battled over the years in 2 other leagues, and every game is always fun. Pitcher Hank Bunker got the win for the Panthers pitching 5 strong innings yielding 4 hits, 2 earned runs, and 6 K's. Mark Todd also pitched a strong 4 innings with 4 K's, and looked real good down the stretch. The offensive stars of the day were Sidney Jackson 4-4, 1 HR,3R 1RBI's, , Brett Dismuke 3-4, 1 2B,1R,3RBI's, and Lamar Harris 2-3, 2R.
