Sidewinders score 5 in the 9th for come from behind win.
Down 6-4 entering the top of the 9th, the Sidewinders get 5 to pull ahead, and then finish off the come from behind win. The inning started after 1 out with a Steve Rombro double off the fence and was followed by 2 walks to load the bases. Up steps up Ethan Wolferman who blooped a single into right making the score 6-5. Then Bob Affrunti hits a shot down the 3rd baseline for a 2-run double and a 7-6 Sidewinders lead. After the second out, Dave Becker blooped in an insurance 2-run single to make the score 9-6. The Reds made in interesting in the bottom half of the 9th as they scored 1 run, and had the tying run at the plate before Sidewinders reliever Rich Fallat shut the tough Reds down. For the Reds, Michael Walsh, Edgar Lopez and Kris Wynne chipped in with 3 hits apiece, and starting pitcher David Murray only allowed 2 runs in 6 innings. For the 'winders, Becker, Wolferman and Jamil (get me to 2nd) Mamdani had 3 hits.
