Brewers Win Their Opener, 20-8
The Brewers opened their season with a 20-8 victory over the Stallions, highlighted by six Brew Crew extra-base hits. Bill Minnis got the win, yielding four hits, with seven K's, no walks and no earned runs. Mark Behn and Sam Kason led the offense with three hits, while Dave Dawson had four RBIs and Behn and Minnis each drove in three. This was a strong team effort from the 2013 Valley Brewers.
