Pirates top Stallions
The Pirates battled back after the Stallions plated 3 in the top of the first to play solid ball for the win scoring 4 runs in the 1st, 3rd and 4th innings. John Petrocelli took the win pitching 5 innings of 4 hit ball with 4 K's. Roger Stewart banged out 3 hits, scored 2 runs and stole 2 bases, Robert Reeves 2 hits, 2 RBI's and 3 SB's, and 2 hits from Petrocelli, Ken Rise, and Jose Pelayo. Key hits came from Mike Pedote with a 2 run double, Jeff Hoff 2 run single and a booming RBI double from Sergio Rodriguez in his return game.
