The Reds officially punched their ticket to the 2013 playoffs by outslugging the Orioles / Crawdads. The first three hitters in the Reds lineup (Bettencourt, Murray, and Johnson) combined for 10 hits, 7 runs scored, and 10 runs batted in to lead the charge. Six different players had multi-hit games for the Orioles in a losing effort, including Mike Shanley who paced the club with 4 hits.
