'Hounds win 3rd straight despite a late rally by Storm
South Bay Storm, handcuffed by injuries, battled the Rockhounds hard, falling just a run short of tying the game during a 9th inning rally. The Hounds committed 6 errors, but benefitted from 4 double plays and timely hitting in the game. Storm catcher, Scott Bailey capped an excellent day at the plate with a solo bomb in the the ninth. But Greg Frey induced a game-ending 1-4-3 double play to pick up the save in relief of Winning Pitcher, Mike Lundy.
