Pirates best first place Brewers!!!

What a game! The Pirates came to play against the mighty Brewers led by yet another stellar complete game win from Rich Brito who shut down the Brewer bats while also going 3-4 for at the plate. The story of the game was the defensive wizardy of Pirate SS Jeff "Ozzie Smith" Hoff who made every play and tallied 9 assists to stifle the Brewers. The Pirates were out to an early 3 run lead in the 2nd paced by a key two run hit from Erik Dauphin and the Brewers plated two in the 6th but the Pirates answered with 1 in the 7th with Brito in full control and more defensive help from Roger Stewart, Dennis Oliver and catcher Frank Gonzalez gunned down two would be Brewer base stealers. Great game all around.
