Freeman Brings Home Trucking Hat!

Paul Freeman returned to the mound after a layoff and won the player of the game, which was a trucking hat from Lothian Trucking and a t-shirt from Captain Morgan Rum as York won 10-2 at the Kingston Tournament. Both gifts were ironic as Freeman does not drink and has never been in a truck.

Freeman started shakily allowing a single, a walk, a hit batsman, and another walk, but then settled in and retired the last 15 men in order.

Don Cantwell and Pete Zakkak homered for York. Along with Catnwell, John Bissylas and Rick Yez each had two hits.
