A scoreless game after 4 innings, and then the Mudcats score 3 unearned runs in the 5th, and then drop a 10 spot in the 6th ... mostly unearned. Bulls starter Derek Thielges (also had 3 hits) pitched much better than the results.
The Mudcats four pitchers led by Eddie Alfano (4 IP) held the Bulls to no runs, and Felix Pacheco had 3 hits. Every Mudcat contributed with the bat and they made all the plays in the field for a complete victory against a shorthanded Bulls team.
