Eagles Falls 11-4 at the Hands of Red Storm

The Scarborough Redstorm Varsity beat Windham HS on Friday 11-4 at Windham in seven innings.

The Scarborough Redstorm Varsity scored three runs in the seventh on the Scarborough Redstorm Varsity scored in the seventh on an RBI single by Chloe Gorey and a two-run double by Maggie Murphy.

The teams traded runs for most of the contest, leading to four lead changes in the game.

Tardiff was charged with the loss. She allowed 11 runs in seven innings, walked none and struck out one.

The Scarborough Redstorm Varsity brought home two runs in the second inning, and matched that run total in the fourth. In the second, the Scarborough Redstorm Varsity scored on an RBI single by Lilly Volk, bringing home Kaleigh Scoville.

It didn't take long for Windham HS to answer as it scored four runs of its own in the second. Windham HS scored on a wild pitch and a three-run double by Madison Elliot.

The Scarborough Redstorm Varsity got one-run rallies in the fifth inning and the sixth. In the fifth, the Scarborough Redstorm Varsity scored on an error, scoring Hannah Ricker.
