Each team had to claw it out today at Grant High, a see-saw affair not without its clutch hits, gutsy pitching, contested plays, come backs and oh yes, drama. Mateo Valadez smashed in the go ahead run in the bottom of the eighth, and Benny Miranda worked the last five outs for the win.
