Matt Nelson Shuts Out Quinn Construction On Five Hits
Matt Nelson threw a complete game shut out to give South Hills the 1-0 win. The Snappers only run came in the second inning when Tom McCarthy started the inning by reaching on an error. Wes White then singled to left field and Mike Trusky hit a deep fly ball to move McCarthy to third. Tyler Holland hit a ground ball to second base to plate McCarthy. With the win, South Hills will finish the season in second place.
