8 Run Second Key In Redstorm Blow Out Over Marshwood Hawks

Eight runs in the second inning led Scarborough High School/Redstorm past Marshwood 13-1 on Saturday. Emily Jefferds, Mollie Verreault, Bella Dickinson, Laura Powell, Sam Carriero, and Hunter Greenleaf powered the big inning with RBIs.
Dickinson was the winning pitcher for Scarborough High School/Redstorm. She surrendered one run on two hits over four innings, striking out six. Mia Kelley threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.
Kaylah Eastman took the loss for Marshwood. She allowed 11 hits and 13 runs over four innings, striking out one.
Scarborough High School/Redstorm smacked three home runs on the day. Greenleaf had a four bagger in the second and third innings. Felicia O'Reilly had a long ball in the fourth inning.
