Solid Pitching and Timely Hits The Key for Soxs
The Soxs won a tough battle against the Orioles on Friday night. Tyler Bingeman, Brady Krautzel, and Owen Doyle held the Orioles to 4 runs over 6 innings.
Drew Morrow smoked a solid double in the 2nd inning, and Jack Krautzel added 3 hits, including a 3-run homer to put the Soxs up for good in the 4th. Prem Patel knocked in the Soxs first run with a liner to right center that split the outfielders.
Tyler Lassik was the stand out performer in the O's offense. He hit a bases clearing double that plated 3 runs.
