Game 5 - Quinn Construction To Semi Finals After Fast Start
In a rain shortened game, Quinn Construction came out of the gate quickly with four runs in the first inning. Two singles, two walks and a Mike Herman double gave the Mudcats a 4-0 lead after one inning. An Eric Morrison double and a Jim Pasquine triple pushed the lead to 7-1 after two innings. The final run was recorded on Mike Hermans solo blast to left in the third. Greg Frederick earned the win allowing three hits and fanning six. The Mudcats offense was lead by Eric Morrison (2-3, double, 2 runs scored), Jim Pasquine (2-2, triple, 2 runs scored, 3 RBIs), and Mike Herman (2-2, double, HR, 4 RBIs).
