6th Run 1st Sets Tone For Scarborough 9-2 Playoff Win

Scarborough High School defeated Bonny Eagle 9-2 on Thursday thanks to six runs in the first inning. Courtney Brochu, Sylvia Foley, Mollie Verreault, Hannah Gower, and Bella Dickinson each drove in runs during the inning.
Scarborough High School got things moving in the first inning. Scarborough High School scored one run when Brochu singled.
Dickinson got the win for Scarborough High School . She surrendered two runs on two hits over seven innings, striking out seven.
Emma Burnham was in the pitcher's circle for Bonny Eagle. She lasted four innings, allowing eight hits and seven runs while walking one. Kailee Cummings threw two innings in relief.
Scarborough High School saw the ball well today, racking up 12 hits in the game. AJ Swett, Caitlin Noiles, Gower, and Dickinson all collected multiple hits for Scarborough High School . Dickinson, Gower, Noiles, and Swett all had two hits to lead Scarborough High School .
