Mudcats Shut Down Plum
Quinn Construction pounced on Plum early to build an 8-0 lead. AJ Olasz doubled home Nate Thimons and Jim Pasquine in the first inning, Devin Matey doubled home Luke Hils and Dylan Cannon in the second inning, and then the Mudcats added four more runs in the third. Quinn Construction starter, Brody Simmons, pitched five shutout innings for the win. Jim Pasquine continued his torrid pace at the plate with three more hits to lead all batters.
