Valley Bend Holds On To Beat Slimeballs 1-0 Again
A walked in run with the bases loaded in the top of the first gave Valley Bend the lead that they would go on to win by, 1-0, over the LFG Slimeballs in part two of Saturday's twinbill. Smith and Ninehouser dueled once more. The Blue Jays offense was able to get more hits in game two, but Ninehouser scattered them and worked out of jams. Smith was brilliant once more with another complete game shutout. Ball led the Blue Jays offense with three hits. All three players recorded multi hit games for Valley Bend.
