Flamingos Upset All Runs Are Bombs In Playoff Opener

Steve Keelon and Austin Berger hit back-to-back home runs in the second inning, and that would prove to be enough for the Flamingos to pull off the upset of third seeded All Runs Are Bombs in the opening round. Steve Keelon pitched the complete game and allowed one run on four hits and no walks to earn the victory. Keelon retired eight straight Bombers from the third batter of the game to the bottom of the fifth. Brett Carosone got the loss after just one hiccup in an otherwise well pitched outing. Carosone went all five innings and allowed just one baserunner after the second inning.
