Game 3 - Quinn Construction Is Double Trouble For Plum
The Mudcat offense banged out eight doubles this afternoon at Winklevoss Park in the playoff opener over Plum. Luke Hils took the mound for Quinn Construction and repaid his offensive with a complete game shutout of the visiting Pterodactyls. The right hander allowed just three hits and two walks while striking out six for the six inning, 10-0 win. Corey Kuszaj, Jim Pasquine and Tarran Senay lead the winners with two his each. Quinn Construction next matches up with the Titans tomorrow in the quarter finals at Winklevoss, with a 5:00 starting time. It will be an elimination game next for Plum tomorrow with the Hitter's Club. That contest will also be at Winklevoss Park and begin at 12:00.
