Big 1st inning leads to Brewers win
The Jordan Brewers scored 6 times in the 1st inning, leading to a 9-2 victory on Wednesday in Hutchinson. A few miscues in the field and some timely hitting helped the cause early. The Huskies managed to get 1 back in the first from a Jake Wendland RBI single, but only collected 5 total hits as a team. Sam Starke worked his way through 5 innings taking the loss. Lane Glaser had 2 hits to lead Hutch. The Huskies host St. Boni on Friday night.
