River Cats Take Down South Park Behind Jorge Palmas Gem
The River Cats got off to a hot start, putting up 3 in the bottom of the first inning. South Park fought back throughout the game, capitalizing on a plethora of errors from Port Vue. Chris Rendulic was perfect at the plate on the day, recording a single, a walk, and a double, leading to 4 RBIs, including the run that gave the Cats the lead in the bottom of the 6th. Jorge Palmas allowed only 1 earned run on the mound in 6 innings. Dylan Orth entered in the 7th to slam the door shut and collect the save.
