Oilers Falls To Middle country biscuits
Oilers lost to Middle country biscuits 6-3 on Sunday.
A passed ball put Middle country biscuits on the board in the top of the second.
Middle country biscuits scored five runs on six hits in the top of the fourth inning. Fanara singled, scoring one run, PlayerA singled, scoring two runs, Fanara scored after tagging up, and Buckshaw singled, scoring one run.
Evan Balbera began the game for Oilers. They gave up five hits and six runs (five earned) over three and two-thirds innings, striking out two and walking two. Oconnel stepped on the hill first for Middle country biscuits. The starting pitcher gave up one hit and zero runs over six innings, striking out seven and walking four.
