The comeback on the grass...allmost
Now this was a ball game that generated some fun! In their first game with the new name, the Stallions charged it up late, from 12 down in the 6th to end up with the tieing run on 2nd and the go ahead on 1st. The large charge provided by Matt Davis, with a bases jammed double that claered'm, and then a towering blast that dropped into the corner next to the wall in right, and sparking up the afterburners he caught the runner ahead for an in-the-park slam. Joey Martino with 3hits crossed 3 times, Jay Eidem with 3 hits crossed twice and Kieth Michaels with a hit,double and a walk crossed 3 times.
