Angels Move Into 5th Place
With their 9-4 victory over the 45's, the Angels moved into 5th place, not much in the grand scheme of things, but a nice accomplishment considering their awful start. Alex Smith pitched 7 strong innings, giving up just 3 runs (2 earned)3 hits and 8 K's. Ryan Davis closed it out.
