Aztecs OBLITERATE Jackrabbits in first 5 min mercy rule
With the Jackrabbits missing their first 4 round picks for the first 10 minutes of the game the Aztecs did not let their foot off the gas and broke open a 23-3 lead when Pat Reddington showed up. Although a spark was provided, the lead continued to grow for the Aztecs who were lead by player of the game Joe Bremme and his 7 3 pointers. The Aztecs continued to find wide open shooter after shooter while the Jackrabbits couldn't buy a bucket, ultimately leading to the first ever 25+ point mercy rule game stoppage at the 5 minute mark. The Aztecs doubled up the Jackrabbits 66-33 in a complete obliteration to cap of a 3 mercy rule night for COBRA games.
