Jackrabbits survive playoff atmosphere contest vs Owls
In a heavyweight battle of two potential finalists, the Owls and Jackrabbits did not disappoint. Trading blows back and forth in the first half lead to a 4 point Jackrabbits half time lead. The second half began with a 13-0 Owls lead and they looked to run away with it until player of the game Nick Jones came in and sparked a run with back to back 3's followed by a quick assist. The Owls provided constant answers with Ian Drumm hitting multiple step back shots and bulling his way to the rim, however the Jackrabbits put together multiple minutes worth of stops late and made just enough free throws to pull out the 59-52 victory in what was likely a soon to be playoff battle rematch.
