Jackrabbits survive potential 1/8 upset Game 3 of the Jackrabbits vs Gentleman was the ultimate game of runs as the Jackrabbits lead early working the ball inside, which then fueled a Gentleman barrage of 3 pointers to close the half at 26-26. The game was for the taking as Ritterson hit a 3 to open the second half to make the score 29-26 until Reddington on his way to a triple double fed the ball inside to player of the game Brandon Feinstein to chew off a 14-0 run to take a 40-29 lead. The Gentleman as they did all series knocked down consecutive 3 pointers to immediately cut the game back to 5. The game was heated as you could tell both teams badly wanted to advance to the semi-finals. In a late 3-5 point back and forth game Homsher finally got some breathing room due to huge offensive rebounds by Adam Haun to finally get some space as Alex Corry was suffocating Homsher all game 2 and 3. Huge transition 3's from COB made the game interesting late, but the Jackrabbits hit just enough free throws to survive and advance to the semis. They will await the winner of game 3 of the Blue Devils vs Blue Demons series and play game 1 on Monday.
