Cavs Fall to Owls In Season Opener
Friday night the Cavs set out to make up for the last two seasons of blow out losses to the Owls by trying to control the high powered Owls offense. The Cavs were able to slow down the Owls offense only giving up 12 points during the game. The Cavs offense unfortunately was unable to score falling to the Owls 12-0. The Cavs were lead on defense by Mike Matthews with 8 tackles, Trevor Terpening 7 tackles and 1 sack, and Roger Yohn 8 Tackles and 1 sack. Offensively Matt Greene picked up 84 rushing yards on 20 rushing attempts. The Cavs next host the Knights of Century in their home opener September 15th starting at 7:00 p.m.!
