Nottingham June 20, 2016 4:01:06 PM Entry ID: 2075403 | Widespread Security Issues at Honeygo Run Park and Lack of Action --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Sir/Madam: My wife and I, among hundreds others, enjoy going to Honeygo Run park. However, we are really concerned about the rampant theft incidents and complete lack of security. Last week, we noticed one car that thieves had broken into to steal things from the car. Three weeks ago, we saw two cars that were broken into at the same time. I was told by the staff at the park that there were four cars broken into in one day three months ago! These are just the events we noticed. Staff told us that thefts have been going on very frequently for at least couple of years. Some security measures, such as video cameras, must be installed to deter the thieves and making public feel safer. |
