These coaches teaching the kids to be good sportsmen is the goal!!! There are coaches that are using their friendships to build a better teams, teaching the kids to be disrespectful toward other teams, etc…. There are some in the association that need to be thrown out and they need to start over with people that care about the kids and not about themselves as being winningest team in the league. So go ahead and stack teams cause all you adults are doing is making it so kids don’t want to play. I wouldn’t want my kids playing for coaches that make it about them and not the kids!!! |
