From Tball to Majors I enjoyed and cherished all my time spent at Original League. Id like to give a big Thank You to Carl Stotz for giving the game of baseball to the youth and to Jim Mckinney, who devoted his all to Original League and the children. I've had my worst and best playing moments at this league. Whether it was when I played an entire season without winning a game, or when we had an undefeated season, or finshing with the 2nd best Avg. all-time. If I had a chance to change anything about Original League there would be no need as it is already beautiful and historical place. And to all the Coaches, Umpires, Concession Workers, Field Crew, and Parents, thank you for making it possible.

A must place to visit, reminisce, catch a game and have a hotdog while taking a break from the LLWS. The park is beautiful and reminds you of 1949 when Hammonton, NJ won it all. Watch that video on www.youtube.com the park is in tip top shape just like in 1949. Hopefully I can take a team and play a local team.

As Captain of the 1956 Original LL All-Stars, I want to say 'Thank You' to Carl Stotz, Ollie Fawcett, Marty Miller, Johnny Lindemuth and Johnny Dice for coaching our 4 teams - Carl being the Founder, of course. The best 4 yrs of my baseball life were spent at Original. It was the first year after the split, but what a team we had! I still have my 1956 All-Star cap if anyone would like to see it. Would love to speak at Original's league banquet if there would be interest. 215-872-4255 Still involved in baseball as a college umpire. Remember talking to Howard Gair and Vance Gair when I was catching for Lycoming and they would be umpiring. What wonderful memories! Dave Lesko Mechanicsburg, PA
