Hey, it's Charles here! When are you going to put my brother's "The Shot" video on the website? Thanks, Charles. PS. Hope told me to tell you to "get a life"!

Editor's Note: Charles, your wish is our command. The video was uploaded on Sunday 13 August 2006.

Hi all. I would like to start by saying that the grand final was a joke. The Jets got robbed worse than the Socceroos with the Somerton ref giving them the grand final. The Jets will be premiers for sure next season. Go the Jets!

Editor's Note: A point of clarification - the "Somerton ref" has never in fact played for Somerton. He played for the Thunder when they represented Adelaide Congress Hall and Seacombe Gardens. That said, we were at the game and whilst we'll defend your right to free speech, we disagree with your assessment of his umpiring. He is one of the competition's best referees and was selected for the grand final on that basis. Finally, if anyone has footage of the final, we'd love a copy.

Hey, saw the game last night and wasn't impressed! The Jets were robbed just like the Socceroos. What was rightfully theirs was taken from their grasp like a thief in the night. But I can tell you now that the Jets will be back, bigger and better and full strength next season! So you better watch out swines! Later.

Someone please, send Paul Mitchell over here quickly. I don't care if he's got a grand final to play. Our goalies need help here, and need help fast!

Hi. Just wondering if and how I may be able to get in contact with Josip Vucetic? I knew him a while ago though he may not want to hear from me! Just want to wish him well and good luck. Good to see he is still doing great! Thanks.

This may be way off line, but did Michael Reu live in Christchurch, New Zealand, until he was 11? If so, when he moved to Adelaide I said I'd write. Tad lateish 27 years later, but maybe this could be passed on to him (?). He might be interested in a mail or so. Thank you.

Greetings from the top end of Australia! Hope the Thunder lads can turn it around this week and beat the Jets. Catch up with you guys when I get back from Survivor: Kimberley.

Have just checked out the rest of the website and I particularly enjoyed the photo of Vicky! I didn't realise that she had dyed her hair. I would like to just add that Josh now owns the Delorian 2006 model, an uncanny resemblance to the current model Mini. Riddle me this, if a blind man crosses the street with out looking, how fast is train B travelling relative to the chicken stapled to the fridge in the tree?

Good to see the guestbook has come into use. I have just made contact with a friend of mine that I haven't seen in ages. Good stuff 'Guestbook', you are a legend. Bye the way, Mojo and Austin are now old enough to wear the Somerton colours and have volunteered themselves as team mascots as well as the rest of the farm. They should keep Che busy!!!

Sorry about the ladder not being updated but it's a bit hard when you're working 12 hours a day and don't get the chance to get out to basketball some nights because it's vintage time at the winery. But it's good to say that it's over now and I'm back to normal hours so after this Monday's game, the ladder will be updated regulary. And Jim I do have a phone number that you can contact me on!

Editor's Note: We tried you on that phone number Ben, but you were too busy "sampling the product", or so we're told!

Nick Kyriazis where are you? Last seen at his 30th Birthday party drinking "girlie" drinks and staggering around. Has perhaps forgotten how to email his former colleagues at Seaford 6-12 School and needs a gentle reminder. Is probably now the "Geek" ambassador to Australia and too posh to talk to us!! Happy Birthday Nicky Babe. EMAIL!

Can we please see some in-depth player profile/interviews in the lead up to the carnival? Eg best carnival moment, favourite game, best player to play against etc. A set of 20 questions or similar - it would be great to get to know the players off the court. Also, I hear with Josh's renegotiated Thunder contract he has splurged on a new luxury car. Any chance of pictures of it on the site?

Editor's Note: Teddy, I tell ya what. You draft us 20 questions and we'll get the players to answer them. We're too busy re-watching the Back to the Future trilogy to have time to draft the questions ourselves. PS. Someone please, update that premiership ladder!

Nice site boys. I will keep an eye on it to see the latest news on your carnival team.

Editor's Note: Chuck Nevitt? Now, there's a blast from the past. I recall watching him in the 80s when Bill Palmer was hosting the Lakers v Celtics replays on Channel Seven. Good times.

Editor's Note: Hey Charles, congratulations on being Fan of the Month. It's an award that isn't given away lightly. I'll be out again on opening night but a permanent move home is at least another 2 years away. Be seeing ya soon and start getting into your parents about coming away to the Gold Coast in July!
