A pitcher can start both games if he pitches 4 innings or less in the first. I think it will allow more saves and for teams to have a bullpen. You can continue the way you normally pitch, but it would allow teams to play if there 2nd pitcher cannot show up. The starter would still have nine innings per week, so nothing changes in that department. |
