Just dropping by to show some love and to let you all know that I will be putting together a highlights and memory dvd of this year's track season. Whenever it's completed, I will holla back, hoot, hoot! LOL. Anyway, I miss you all already. Also, I know the summer will end in a matter of a week and some, but I was hoping that we all could get together just one last time before the summer ends to reflect on good times and all that good stuff... not to mention, my birthday is August 16 and what better people to share it with than FAMILY!!! So, I'll be working on these ideas and hopefully we can put something together, so keep Sat. August 16 open for now. Love Ya! BUH BYE!

muck city-wellington August 5, 2008 10:45:08 AM Entry ID: 1433157 | HEY , gotta come by again to tell ya'll what we seen when we went on our trip to nationals , we saw MONROE street lol! then we had a little parade you know , then we listened the drumline and a girl sing the national anthem it was great . we also saw fsu cheerleaders , vollyball players, soccer, got there autographs . then we had fun danced it was great ''mrs ford was dancing '' heyyy! then we went to out hotel and the next day it was time to shine and that's what we did on the track everybody knew who we were . ''IT WAS GREAT '' im telling you this track club is the BEST if you want to be the BEST this is where to start THE FSU COACH ASKED ABOUT ME ''SAY WHAT '' . ITS HARD BUT IT'S FAIR . |

56ace July 26, 2008 5:39:10 AM Entry ID: 1426442 | I love our team and our coaches so much.Coach walker really loves this.He puts his heart into every workout we do!You can see it in his eyes when he's pushing us to cross the finish line strong he makes sure we do.Just as we cross the finish line strong on the track we will do the same in life with the positive motivation from the team.I feel myself grow as a runner as well as a person everyday i go to practice.The first day i went 2 practice i couldnt walk i was in so much pain i didnt really want to go back but i just kept hearing my coaches words"IT'S HARD BUT ITS FAIR!" and all i had been seeing was the hard but now i can really see the fair!I love this team and i hope its around long enough for me to put my children in it! |

I have wanted to run for as long as I can remember, and not just at school or in the front yard, but on a team. I found Fast lane and I found a second family. Thanks to the whole team for supporting me even though I never say much. Thanks to Coach Walker for not being afraid to push me, and to all of the other parents and coaches, thanks to you to. I love our team, my coaches and most of all, MY PARENTS. We runnin, we runnin and we runnin'. Fast Lane on 3... 1.....2....3 FAST LANE!!!! It is hard, but it's always fair. This is the most words you gon' get out of me at one time. Ha! |

This year's team has been one of the best teams that I have ever worked with. Although you've come from different schools from around the county and some of you didn't think that it could work, now you all have become a family. I've enjoyed working with each and everyone of you. I will never forget this summer. It's been one of the best, especially the day we won our trophy at the Sunshine State Games. Fast Lane has helped me train and become a better athlete over the past two years. and im looking forward to 3 more years to come. Coach Walker is amazing he's always there for his athletes year round even when we may be doing other sports.

I appreciate my parents much more now from all the hard work they put in. Now i know what it feel like. thank u. and thanks for all the brutal practices as well. they will def come in handy in cooollege.
