MASBL 2019 Roster form. GM's must download and save this form to their computer, then send it to the League President, John Reel at jreel001@nycap.rr.com
Click on the MSBL roster form 2019 excel spreadsheet. When prompted click SAVE, then click OPEN. you can now fill it out. When finished X it out and click save. This should now be saved to your computer. You can then re-open it from your files and make any changes or attach it to an email and send it to John at his email address above..

2019 new registration form
Every CDMSBL player, manager, and coach must fill out and send this to the league office. This is a fill-able PDF. Download and save a copy to your computer and fill it out. Then print it and sign it. All other fields are fillable via your keyboard. You can mail the form to John Reel PO Box 259 Clarksville, NY 12041. You can scan or take a photo of it and email it to jreel001@nycap.rr.com You can also funnel forms through your General Manager. In 2019 and after a player cannot participate without a completed form. Other instructions: after you fill out the form, click on add note and another line will appear use the pen feature to sign the form. Then click the save button in the upper right. This will save it to your computer. Send John Reel and email and attach this form to the email to John.
